Ltd. was founded with the aim to be the largest Manufacturer and Supplier of such products Concrete Railway Sleepers, Concrete Sleepers, Concrete Monoblock Sleeper. Today, after 41 years of hard work and perseverance, we have established a strong manufacturing base in New Delhi, where we produce  Concrete Railway Sleepers,Concrete Sleepers, Concrete Monoblock Sleeper for railways. The company has two manufacturing units,one in Degana (District Nagpur in Rajasthan)and other in Daund(Distt. Pune,Maharashtra) which are specialized in manufacturing Pre-stressed Concrete sleepers.

Degana plant has been functional since 3rd,August 1992 and has manufactured sleepers for Indian Railways,IRCON International ,Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd and for a number of customers. Throughout the years we have produced and supplied more than 40 Lakh Monoblock sleepers,2500 sets of Turnout 1:12 and 1.8.5 concrete sleepers,Derailing sleepers,Sej,level crossing sleepers,bridge approaches and different types of Prestressed concrete sleepers.

Daud plant has been functional since July 2001 and has manufactured sleepers for Indian railways,Rail vikas nigam Ltd. and for other customers.

We have awarded by Ministry of railways (India) for maximum production Of sleepers in year in 2009-10.

Our Degana plant capacity is 35000 units of mono block sleepers and 25 sets of Turn out sleepers per month.

The capacity Daund plant is 20000 Units of monoblock sleepers and 25 sets of turn out sleepers per month. Plant is equipped with digital systems,well qualified technical staff and quality control program as per RDSO STR.
